Today I will tell you about my work in the future, before that I explained in a previous blog post which discussed the jobs that will be lost and those that will be needed, one example of the work that will be needed is construction, namely building executors.

In my opinion, being a building executor is really needed to build tall buildings and houses for residence. By becoming a building executor, there can be mutual benefits with several consultants and clients or home owners. Becoming a building contractor also produces benefits, namely through a position as an intermediary between consultants and clients

The construction worker's job is not only to look and not just get it done quickly, but often in the field to see the results of the workers who are building the house. Apart from that, the task of the executor is also to be a construction contractor by purchasing suitable and sturdy materials to build the house, and if at any time the workers do not comply with the procedures, the one who must be responsible and bear the losses is the construction executor.

Having the dream of becoming a building contractor is very useful for me. The advantage of being an implementer is that you can gain knowledge as a building contractor and can help other people build minimalist, comfortable and luxurious homes. An example of the disadvantages of being a construction contractor is that when in the field, if you see that the workers are not using body protective equipment, something undesirable happens, then the construction contractor bears the burden, and if the materials used to build a house do not comply with construction procedures, then the contractor experienced losses in the material
